<![CDATA[Remove all BS from Opera?]]>Simply question/guide/whatever, someone please tell me how to:

  1. remove News button from side bar and context.
  2. remove Sync Login button near addres bar and context.
  3. change favoriten icon.

The full form of "BS" is still considered offensive by many, not as much so the abbreviation. I believe I'll replace it ...

In most cultures, full slang words for excrement are deemed offensive, which is why they exist - to give a particularly offensive connotation to whatever they are being applied. But, offensive terms they remain, to many (if not most) people nevertheless. Thank you for the abbreviating.

Have we really declined this much in terms of vulgar language that it is no longer recognized and needs to be pointed out? Very sad.

Well, for me it never was a offensive word. Maybe a "strong" one but not exactly an offensive one.

  • Check the start page settings, maybe you can hide it from there.

  • The icon will disappear after a couple of weeks if you don't login.
    You can't remove the menu entry AFAIK

  • Go to the page and click on the heart button.
