I am on Opera version 36.0.2130.65 on 32-bit Windows 10.

I want to know if there is any way of knowing how much data Opera turbo is saving and access its efficiency. I want to compare it with other browsers.

What is the normal rate of approx. saving?

Based on (my) Opera Mini usage, i would say something around 50%.

While browsing? On youtube?

It would depend on your use of the Internet. If you use to navigate on secure pages then you will not get any benefits.
The same if you have a fast connection.
