It seems Opera dev 64 bits is no longer updated. The version is : 38.0.2198.0
Does it still exist or must I install the 32 bits instead ?

it seems this "experimental" 64 bits Windows version no longer exists.
Is it on purpose ?

It's still there but since it's experimental, there may be lack of updates due to issues.

If so, then it doesn't autoupdate and you always need to download the package when there is a new build released.

Also, as it is experimental, there will be occasions where the 64 bits build for Windows will not be released.

I would recommend you to have both installed for now.
