Opera does nor play some videos

Version: 36.0.2130.65 - Opera is up to date
Update stream: Stable
System: Windows 7 64-bit (WoW64)

Does not play video on some sites:

1. The first link if you start watching the video you will hear only sound but the video content is black.

2. The second link Here you can try to press play button and will receive a black rectangle and a message "no signal" (probably in russian)

Opera 12.18 play both videos. Firefox and IE11 also has no problems. What is wrong here?

The problem has been solved by downloading updated Flash Player (install_flash_player_ppapi.exe)
