How do you enable vpn in opera, they've been touting it all over facebook but there's not mention of how to implement it. Well, there might be a mention but if there is it's buried in the mountain of sales pitch crap and I don't have the patience to spend the hours or days necessary to dig it out.

Well first go to sgunhouse's link and download the Opera developer for Windows.
Second look under the settings > Privacy & security > vpn
Check mark Enable VPN
