block/display/refresh image in one button click

Current block/display/refresh image needs around six mouse clicks, menu->setting->website->image->back to tab of interest->refresh. It would be very convenient if there's a button to do these steps, one click would turn on display/refresh current tab/page, another click would turn off display/refresh current tab/page.

Thank you. That's a very good addon and close. It reduces the operation to 4 clicks (2 clicks to open/close preference, and 2 clicks to turn on/off/reload). It could be best if these preference options could be optionally put directly on top as buttons.
