Settings underNetwork are the same as Chrome," Google Chrome is using your computer's system proxy settings to connect to the network."  I am not using Proxy.  I can't access the HELP page in Opera so hope I can get some help here.  Thanks in advance.</p>

With no further information, that's all I can suggest.</p>
