<![CDATA[Opera 37.0.2178.4 doesn't allow to set playback position in the flash videos]]>For example this video:

It can be paused, it can be played but I can't set playback position.
It's all ok in chrome nevertheless.

It's Windows 10 x64

Yes --alt-high-dpi-setting=96 helps, but it's all so small. I need 125% for my comfort.

Start Opera with parameter --alt-high-dpi-setting=96 or change system dpi to 100%.
