can't scroll up/down also can't click on any video or exit tab till the whole page finishes loading i started having this problem like 2 weeks ago
i tried clearing temp data and history but same issue

If it does not try uninstalling the extensions. If its STILL happening I try renaming (not deleting) your profile folder. If that fixes it just bring over your bookmarks and such from the old profile. If it does not fix it I would backup anything in Opera you want to keep and completely remove it and reinstall it.
