<![CDATA[Opera 36.0.2130.32 blocked by mingat.oslo.kommune.no]]>The site "mingat.oslo.kommune.no" now states that the current Opera version (Opera 36.0.2130.32) is out of date because of the following:

"No support for 'generated content' (:before & :after). Essential for usability."

This is new as of 22 March 2016 or so. Ironically, in their error message page, you are advised to "upgrade" to Opera 11.60+ (or a different browser) to correct the problem...
