What is the procedure for creating a forum for a language not in the current list of language forums? (Like Bulgarian)

Аз мислех да предложа да бацнем една тема 'Opera in BG' и направо нея да ползваме за въпроси и отговори между нас си и на Бг, обаче ме спря мисълта че (доколкото си спомням) 'фициалния език на форума е EN и оперци могат да почнат с драматизациите. Ама то не пречи тази да ползваме. 🙂

Мисля, че няма как да видиш нищо от онзи форум, т.е. алтернативата ти е само да хвърлиш въпроса в общия такъв.

Ква стана тя ... някой засрал целия БГ форум. Има ли ги някъде старите БГ теми , или целия ваш труд отиде на Къна в г@зъ. И въобще ще направятли БГ форум.

We had nice community build and this forum was also the easiest way to discuss the issues which unfortunately has not disappeared with the chromium O-versions.
Actually this is the first log in of mine in O-forums since the local one was dropped from the net. I realize we are not the biggest market at all, but however the loyal users are not just a nationality but much more.
