I was horrified to find that version 36 has a new "Windows 10 skin." I think Win 10, for all its internal improvements, is the ugliest user interface since DOS. Apparantly, it is designed to be legible on telephone screens but boy, does it suck on a desktop terminal. Microsoft, and now Opera seem determined to remove color from our lives. I am glad to report, for those who agree, that there is a setting: Opera:\flags\Windows 10 skin that will restore the title bar to the Windows default (as set up by me and Winaero).
