I cannot see it in Settings or anywhere else. I have multiple PCs and the ones with 35 claim in About Opera that it is up to date, but of course that's not true now. It's probably some obscure shortcut, e.g. Shift-Alt-hittheroadjack. So far I have uninstalled the old software and installed the new, but that's gotten old. Please tell how to find the update button.

Some time ago I also posted about how to get updates. Relatively new to Opera, having just been using it for around 3 months, I think I get it now. To get the latest Opera updates, I must do exactly...nothing! I've come to appreciate that.

I'm especially enjoying the latest update received this morning when I first opened Opera; it's evolving wonderfully.

A small suggestion for Opera. Say something about how Opera updates, perhaps in Setting - Opera Help or
http://help.opera.com/opera/Windows/2066/en/
It could be mentioned somewhere on that page (am I missing it, and it's already there?), under FAQ, or over to the left among the topics on the dark gray sidebar.

Opera should update automatically, or going to "About Opera" on the menu should do a manual check and trigger an update if it's necessary.
If you have an old version that isn't updating, try downloading and installing the newer version manually.
