Hello!

I use Opera latest under Win8 x64.
I used it so far without problem, but today happened something strange.
I can't download anything form web.
Example: www.opera.com --> download
and happens nothing.
I see: If your download does not start automatically, please click here.
I click "here". Happens nothing.
And this strange error affect all websites. I tried right click on download url, and choose: save content as: happens nothing.
I tried reinstall Opera: no result.
The settings are the default, I use only an Adblock addon. I tried disable the addon: no result.

I have been trying for an hour now and I can't download anything from Opera. The download feature takes a long time on the timer and then just stops. Sometimes it does nothing at all, sometimes I manage to get a fraction of the file. I have tried using IE, FF and Opera Next.

Incudentally, why has my Opera browser stayed on version 15, when we are now on at least version 18? Why haven't I seen a seen a single update in a year?
