Native resolution for Samsung SmarTV apps is 1080p while for OperaTV it's 720p. This is a problem for me, because my application hasn't been created in RWD style. So I figured out that a simple CSS3 transform scale on body will do the trick. It works fine on OperaTV emulator, but when I launched it on Sony BRAVIA KDL-47W805A with Opera TV Store 5.0.0 5591 the performance was very poor and some strange artefacts appeared on the screen. Is there a way to launch OperaTV app in 1080p? Is there maybe a way to enable hardware acceleration (if any available) for such a rescaling case? What are your thoughts?

All TV Store applications have to support 1280×720 resolution. Other common TV resolutions (1920×1080, 960×540) are currently not supported. Although the TV Store browser itself supports regular scrolling, applications should be designed not to require scrolling, and if needed should provide their own custom mechanisms for displaying long lists of items or content.
