Turbo forces all plugins to "Click to play" - the content isn't even downloaded until you click. Turbo is a compressing proxy, but can only compress web pages and not videos.</p>
<p dir="auto">On the other hand, Turbo's server (where it does the compression) may not be in the same country as you are. So try disabling  and see, maybe both issues will go away.</p>
