<![CDATA[Wait time for delete button on Speed Dial Tiles]]>It would be great if there could be a 2 second or so "wait time" on the delete button to appear on speed dial tiles. I can't count the amount of times I've accidentally deleted a speed dial tile because I just happen to click in the location where the X is.

Why do buttons like this even need to be hidden part of the time?
I guess this is supposed to be a cleaner look, but it takes away from the useability when I have to go hunting for controls that are sometimes hidden.
I have the same problems with some of the controls in the new bookmarks manager and some of the settings.
