Is there a way to know what programs are using my bandwidth of internet? today even now my wireless USB adapter (this PC does not have red card ) is flicker its green led so it is in activity, but what programs are using my bandwidth? I colsed the browser, opera is at last version, I checked that my antivirus was not connected, and windows update checked new update but finished but the green led is flicker...
