When I try, as soon as I close Opera and then reopen it, it has been reset to the default setting. This started just this afternoon,(1/20/2016). That is the only thing that is happening with Opera. Just for the record this is on an HP Elitebook 8440p. Just so you will know I also have Chrome and IE installed but not being used.</p>

Did you install it under the administrator rights and - if you chose to customise the installation folder?</p>
