<![CDATA[Can't download over 15MB file download problem from OPERATOR free web site zero rated web sites]]>If i download smaller 15MB file from operator site zero rated web sites then download is okey.
But if is over 15MB file then Opera Mini can't download.
If file is over 15MB file then Opera Mini create invalid link as like (http://mini5-1.opera-mini.net//wap.aloashbei.com.bd/example.apk) then opera mini can't download. Opera employee can you guys please check what happen with Opera Mini from Operator free web site. I think Opera Mini cant handle download url from operator free web site. If file is over 15MB files then opera mini can't download from zero rated web sites.
Please fix this bug.

It is major down for opera... And i have to switch UC that is really troublesome

@steelali, can you please check terms & conditions of your data plan? It's often the case that operator offers free Opera Mini access, but excluding downloads. Then you will be charged as usual for every file you download - if you have 0 balance, your operator is likely to block download and I think this is the problem you experience.

@mbaluta Sir, thank you so much for your kind reply. I check terms and conditions our operator apps store browsing and downloads totally data charge free in Opera Mini/default browser. Please read my text carefully, Operator free sites browsing and downloads is totally free. Here is our free sites (http://wap.gpgamestore.com/Pages/GameStoreHome.aspx) no need any balance or any data plan just need internet connection. All browser is okey. Opera mini can download free if file is smaller then 15MB. If file is over 15MB then opera mini can't download this problem started 17/06/2015. Its opera mini server problem. And operator never blocked because its their apps/games/music sites they never charged. I contact our grameenphone customer care here is their reply please read carefully,

Grameenphone technical team said contact with Opera. Opera mini can download free from OPERATOR free site if apps/games/music is smaller then 15MB, if file is bigger over 15MB then opera mini can't download. Always download failed. Browsing and download totally data charge free operator free web sites in Opera Mini. Opera mini can't download over 15MB file. Again this problem started 17/06/2015. hope now got it thanks @mbaluta Sir..............

why opera mini servers can't download over 15MB sized file via opera mini proxy?

I guess it's not a matter of can but of want to.

They think that files over 15MB should be downloaded durectly.

I guess the problem can be that the page is seeing one ip address when you load the page - probably Mini's server's ip address - but when you try to download something bigger than 15MB - which doesn't go through MIni server - the page sees a different ip address and blocks the download.
Do you get any error message?

if file is over 15MB file and have 0 balance in my sim then Opera Mini can't download over 15MB file from operator free web sites. its opera mini server problem. opera mini server cant handle operator free site if i have 0 balance.

You can't able to download more than 15MB sized file because maybe GP provide to browse Operator free website only for Opera Mini. And if any file less than 15MB Opera Mini can download it via Opera Mini's proxy server. That's why your Operator get that as you browse/download via Opera Mini. But larger than 15MB file Opera Mini doesn't use proxy. Opera Mini directly download it. That's why your Operator can't get this as Opera because it didn't use Opera's proxy.
And yes it's a very big problem of Opera Mini. I can't download any file properly if any file size is more than 15MB. Opera Mini developer must take a look & they must fix this. But I've to say Opera guys are too slow to fix this type of problem or bug fix.

Opera Mini can't able to download any file correctly if file size is more than 15MB. I think Opera Mini is created only for poor conditions.
