I tried to install adobe flash from web site. installation goes hand and i close it. I am not able to access any video and others files which support flash. this issues disappoint me and change my mind to switch to other browser after 11 years of good experience.
Please suggest steps or link to update flash.

you all guys for your positive response now flash player is active and working fine 😉
Used the following link as hhadess mentioned.
Download PPAPI http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer.html

uninstall all previous version and install above link for opera..

Its working smooth fine...

The installation does not start and for it to work you need to do so:

1-On (https://get.adobe.com/it/flashplayer/) click up "must Flash Player to another computer?"

2-Choose your operating system (If you win XP)

3-Choose verison NPAPI firefox NOT THE PPAPI AS RECOMMENDED FOR OPERA WHY 'NOT WORK

On win xp I solved so well on win7 think is the same ...
