Since yesterday, every time I open Opera, it appears to me 'Your Preferences files cannot be read Some features may be unavailable and changes to settings won't be saved.' I'm with the latest release of Opera. How to fix ?

Try renaming/deleting the whole profile folder.

You can find the location of the profile folder in About Opera in the Opera menu. Locate the file and delete it.
