Now i say,

I did so many bug report for downloading problem in Opera Mini. Sometimes i got reply from Opera Quality QA team.They said they are working to fix the bug & make improvements.After so many updates & updates now its Opera Mini beta 13 but those following bugs still not fixed yet.And there is no such improvements. Actually I'm sick & tired to do continuously do bug report.Opera also said that they're working on it.But it all just a lie.What to say???

What is the name of the app, that shows your downloading speed (I can see it in notification bar you uploaded)?

Answer= Internet Speed Meter Lite latest version from google play store.

When the download fails, do you see this dialog: Imgur ?

Answer= Save button doesn't work so how can started download.

If you see this dialog, do you later see "Download failed" message in notification bar?

Answer= I just stuck in Save... button if i click Save... button then Save... button
do nothing

Could you help us even more and provide the url, where the problem occurs, please? Do you have any balance on your SIM card? Did you try downloading with a different browser to verify it's not a server issue?

@smmoniruzzaman, thank you for your report. Can you please tell what operator do you use? Are you able to check if downloading happens when using WiFi or different operator? Also what Android device do you have?

@mbaluta thanks sir for your reply. i use grameenphone telenor operator. i use samsung android device with lollipop version. if i use wifi via broadband internet i never see (Save... or Open) button in Opera Mini.
if i use mobile cellar data then i see (Save... or Open) button then Save... button not working.
2/12/2015 i face download problem. Save... button not working i just stuck Save... button. Please fix this bug or remove this (Open or Save dialog page)...........

Any file which Opera Mini detects as an unknown file size, can't able to download that following file. Always it says "Download Failed" & if I try to 'Resume' it always it failed. Also can't download any file from mediafire website & zippyshare website. Also there has no multi-thread splitted downloading system for any single downloading files. While Opera for Android has a speedy downloading system but Opera Mini has a super slow speed downloading. Please fix all of those downloading problem. Hope that Opera mini will fix all of those. Probably because the page is wrongly seeing the mini server ip and then thinking that you are not on the operator's network?

It may be a page issue not Mini's.

If those reports were about the same issue then you may have just waisted yours and Opera's people time. Duplicated bug reports don't help bugs to be fixed more quickly.

Bugs can take a long time to be fixed. And sometimes the fix doesn't depend only on Opera.
