Is it missing, or am I just not seeing it? Thanks!</p>

Opera Mini has this option in the data savings menu, but it's absent in the full Opera browser.</p>

That'll zoom a web page, but not Opera itself. I'm not aware of an option to zoom text in the address bar, but it may follow the setting in Android there.</p>
