<p dir="auto">If you really want, you could download 115 and install it over 112 to remove that panel. If you want to be sure to get 115, you could download it directly from <a href="ftp://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/desktop/33.0.1990.115/win/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">the FTP site</a>.</p>

<p dir="auto">I guess they are different things. One seems to be a "promotion" for News/Discover in SD and the other is News being shown in start page</p>
