I can disable the plug-ins, but when i restart Opera they are enabled again. How do I get rid of all plug-ins permanently? My online searches all seem to refer to old versions. I cannot find the plug-ins in Windows Uninstall programs.

Where are the plugins found?

You can find the list of plugins used by Opera by typing opera:plugins in the address bar or by goiung to Menu > Developer Tools > plugins.
