In previous versions of opera you could start downloading a file and preview it, particularly useful with flv files.
IE, Chrome, and now Opera all now start writing file.ext.download or somesuch, and I will admit that might make sense for novice users and is therefore a reasonable default, but there should be an option to just use the final path and name.
