and after that i setup opera browser so i found that baidu get default search engine in speed dial without my permission i think it's virus so i uninstalled opera browser and installed it again but it's still there stuck to speed dail search<br />
with out speed dial for Chinese website after that i tried to remove with ( Anvi Smart Defender , Malwarebytes Anti-Malware , SpyHunter ) but nothing happend and it's still there and i tried to change default search engine from Google(default)  to other one then get it back again to Google but nothing change<br />
so any advise here to get this off opera browser it's so annoying and i'am afraid from these Chinese search engine stealing data or spying my pc and right now i am windows 10 user<br />

Open Windows Explorer or another file manager and go to that folder (it is probably easiest to copy it from Opera and paste it into Explorer as some of the folders may be hidden by default) and find the file "Local State" (yes, it is there). Deleting it would delete some of your other settings too so I prefer to edit it - just select Open then choose Notepad or another editor.</p>

You either need to delete the file "Local State" from your Profile folder (see About Opera for the location of your Profile) or alternatively edit it by hand to change the locale.</p>
