<![CDATA[Onload event delay]]>This feature does not seem to exist in Opera 33 or am I just not looking in the right place?

I was also not able to find Enable lazy session loading. Not the Extended lazy session loading which I can see.

I’ve got tab hibernation enabled, but that doesn’t seem to do much. Not shore if it working properly.

I have it enabled and when I load a ton of tabs it still loads then. Hell, half the time my tabs still load on startup too. I don't think it works terribly well.
