(33.0.1990.58)
In another Operas I had the opportunity to add some sites to blacklist to block it
No in instruments I can't find this
Does it mean blocking by address is impossible?
Thanks

While the built in feature in past versions of Opera worked it was very basic and you had to maintain it yourself. Now Opera supports various ad blocking extensions and they are much more feature rich than the old versions of Opera's blocking feature was. Install one and try it out. I recommended Adblock Plus.
