<![CDATA[disable page refresh/meta refresh?]]>I've noticed in the last few weeks, every web page is being reloaded quite frequently. I've searched, but I can't see any simple way to disable this feature.

Unless the page has a built in refresh feature Opera should load the page once when you first open it and then leave it static until you tell it otherwise.
