Have you checked the shortcut? Right click on it > Properties and check the target.

Shortcut for Opera is correct ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera developer\launcher.exe")

The problem appears only after you synchronize with the server on any computer and only in the developer version.

I remember have seen a reference to homepage in the Bookmarks file once.

Opera stable is working correctly (even though in the settings file also there is this garbage page)

There is only configure the start page(s) on startup, and it is absolutely different things.

In the case of manual setting the home page in the configuration file (AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Developer\Preferences), the synchronizer recovers waste page.

For different versions of the browser developer or base, are different browser settings in a synchronization system.

In my version for developers against my will by external software was installed home page of this software. As a result, instead of the Express panel I have open home page with this software.

This effect occurs only after, when I turn on syncing of browser preferences, but only for developers version of Opera. In the basic version of Opera normally enjoy Express panel.

HOW do I CHANGE the homepage for Opera developer? If manual correction of the configuration file wrong HOME (not START) page restores itself (after synchronization).

And do not think that it is a simple task. In older versions of Opera it was a simple task, but has now become IMPOSSIBLE.
