<![CDATA[Youtube causing screen tearing]]>Tested this out, and the issue only occurs when using Youtube in Opera. Doesn't occur in Firefox, or with videos played in VLC player. When a video is playing in Opera, I get noticeable screen tearing when scrolling in other windows.

Opera version is 33, OS is Windows 7 with a GTX 770 GPU. Vsync is checked in the Nvidia control panel, but this tearing still occurs.
