<![CDATA[New tab search or speed dial takes 10 seconds]]>I'm using Opera 32 on Windows 10 64 bit. I've noticed quite a big of sluggishness when trying to search from the URL bar, or right clicking text and selecting "Search". It's typically taking about 10 seconds for it to execute after I initiate it.

I was wondering if this is typical behavior or if there is something I can tweak to make it a bit faster.

Well I disabled AdGuard and LastPass and it appears to have fixed the problem.

Now re-enable one at a time to check which one is to be blamed. I would bet in AdGuard.

If necessary also check with antivirus and/or anti-malware disabled.

Even if I were to click in the URL bar right now in this tab and search for something, when I hit enter it will take 10+ seconds for anything to show up. Not sure what is going on. Could it be the AdGuard extension or LastPass maybe? That's all I can think of.
