Unable to look up mail.google.com.

I get this message +50% of the times i try to load a page (happens with all pages, ebay, google, you name it). Refreshing seems to work, but thats just not good enough, it should load first time. My internet is fine (20/20 fiber with speed guarantee, no loss, low ping, stable as a rock), websites works perfectly in other browsers, on my laptop, on my tablet and smartphone. No firewall issue, opera turbo disabled, no plug-ins. Running Opera 32.0.1948.69, on up-to-date windows 8.1.

Any thoughts?
