In Opera BETA 33.0.1990.11 I've noticed when you edit a url in bookmark (http to https, or other change in site address) the thumbnail change for one generic, and the icon not update for the new site (for example before had Youtube address but now is Vimeo, the Youtube icon persists).

Yes, you are right, but before only changed if you make the procedure that you describe. Now if you just edit the bookmark, the thumbnail was replaced for one generic with the name of the website.
I like to customize some thumbnails for easily visualization for me (like pictures of another site, but with address that i wish to bookmark), now Opera don't let me do anymore.

From there you can use the left/right arrows to toggle through available thumbnail images for that site.
