<![CDATA[Disable Tab Bar's Top Spacing. Period.]]>I like the "Disable tab bar's top spacing when browser window is maximized." but I'm not maximizing the window much. Typically it is "veritically maximized" and the tab bar's top spacing remains.

Rather than a toggle, a dropbox for "Disable tab bar's top spacing " --
-- when maximized
-- when at full height (which would include maximized)
-- always
