if I try to load bitbucket.org it takes 10-20 seconds until it is loaded and after it got loaded I can use the website without loading delay.
If I try it with chrome there is no issue.

Any idea what it is?

Since that LAN settings option helped you some, you can also try some other network tweaks. Disable Windows TCP/IP auto-tuning. http://www.speedguide.net/faq/how-to-disable-windows-vista-tcpip-auto-tuning-247
You can also disable IPv6 on your network card, if you are not using IPv6. http://www.informationweek.com/how-to-disable-ipv6-on-windows-7-/d/d-id/1099490?
Those are two options that might help with some network related issues.

Both didn't changed anything.

You can also try this; Go to Opera's network settings, click 'Change proxy settings'. It then opens IE's settings window (since Opera uses those). From there click 'LAN settings' button and then UNcheck "Automatically detect settings" option (if it's checked), and click OK.

Then install it again. Your profile data should be NOT be removed. I think there was an option to keep or remove profile data, when you run the uninstaller.
