I have found even with the new O32 for Windows, when sync is enabled with my O Mobile 32, some of the bookmarks are duplicated and rearranged especially on my laptop/Windows. I continue to reset my sync (deletes all sync data except for Speed Dials on Opera's servers) whenever I want to turn sync on. I have found leaving it on only asks for trouble.

but how I can be sure that all bookmarks are there? I cannot export bookmarks from Opera Android, to compare with the ones from Opera Desktop. Or is is possible?

in addition to duplicates I got some folders in opera desktop that are not replicated on opera android and opera mini.
