In the meantime, a temporary workaround is to disable the "Show tab previews" in Settings > User interface

where can i find 32 version of OPERA DEVELOPERS?

I don't think you get how it works. Developer is only for testing releases. If you were to find the Developer version of 32 is would be several months old and still have bugs. Developer is for testing brand new versions of features, Beta is for polishing and bug-fixing and Stable is ready for public use. So you you want less bugs you need to use Stable. The current version of Stable is 32.

Opera developers

Your are using Opera 33 or 34? Those are testing releases and are known to have problems. Use Opera 32 if you want stability. Also, this is the Opera stable discussion forum. If you want to talk about the testing releases those are covered in their own forum.
