<![CDATA[OPERA MINI FOR IOS9]]>After I upgrade IO9, my mobile data turn off for opera mini. I can open webpage anymore as no internet connection.

I have turn on all the mobile data and start opera mini, yet it is unable to open it.

Is there any problem? Thanks for helping

I think this is a problem with iOS 9.0 not Opera. It looks like Apple already fixed this issue in 9.0.1 update:

Fixes an issue where some users with a custom APN setup via a profile would lose cellular data
