Also 'If-Modified-Since' and 'If-None-Match' headers rise up from nowhere since I'm using IAP not WAP for my current data account. I can only acknowledge that opera mini servers ping ISP's gateway (even when is not set one on device) and forward resulted data for default connection when in fact my default connection is in build-in browser only when the gateway is not set. For example whoer.net/extended show TCP/IP 'UNKNOWN', link type:ethernet/modem instead TCP/IP 'Linux 2.6 (newer, 3)' , link type:ethernet/modem for TCP signature and I think that's why Opera Mini is slower overall.

May be because of much use of JS and CSS.
    May be the Opera compression servers have some problems with your site.

    Not Opera Mobile or Opera for android.
    It loads pretty slow on my phone using OperaMini v7.5.3
