<![CDATA[Opera Not Working on Windows 10]]>My brother is having trouble using Opera on his Dell desktop running Windows 10. Whenever he tries to go to any website (including google.ca and others), he gets a "This webpage is not available" error. Using the command line, however, he is able to ping google.ca successfully. Any help?

Please ask him to check the proxy setting in the Network & Internet area, or just click the networking icon in the tray and configure from there.
If that doesn't help, I'd also try removing cookies.
