I've never seen a response from Opera about this either. Would be nice if it could though.</p>

When I open Opera, it nearly always opens in a small window at the top left of the screen  -  despite setting "continue where I left off" in preferences.</p>
<p dir="auto">This is also happening on another computer I have, running 10.11.1.</p>
<p dir="auto">Another problem now rearing its head is that I always get a crash report on exiting Opera in El Capitan.  It seems to close normally, and then I get the crash report!</p>
