Well, you said:

where can i find an uninstall 'clean up utility' for opera's web browser?

So i gave you a tool that can uninstall and clean up leftovers of a software you want to remove from your computer.

If you say what you are trying to do, then we can give you some suggestions.

The standard uninstaller that comes with Opera is the only uninstaller made by the Opera team. You can find it in Programs and Features. 3rd party uninstallers like Revo uninstaller are very good.

There are no cleanup tools made by the Opera team. If you want something that clears out your cache or your history you can either do it manually in Opera or use a program like CCleaner or Glary Utilities.

Revo found 489 registry remnants. with that many leftovers after several standard windows uninstalls.....one is only asking for MAJOR problems dithering with all those regitry entries. hence a "real" opera 'clean up utility' is best option.
