I just installed Windows 10 and a fresh copy of Opera 31.0.1889.207. Works well except the download displays on a full size window -- all white -- instead of the small window near the download arrow. Not a fatal error, but disconcerting. Esc makes it go away. I'd just as soon not have the download notification at all. A simple popup saying "download complete" would do.
