As I view an article the tab which is near the top of Opera just keeps showing a spinning circle and doesn't stop to display the NY Times icon.<br />
Any possible fixes?</p>

As <a class="plugin-mentions-user plugin-mentions-a" href="https://forums.opera.com/uid/1418">@christoph142</a> has explained, without a version number for your Opera installation, there's no way to know how to troubleshoot the problem or approach solving it with a mere "setting". Old Opera and New Opera have different settings mechanisms.</p>

For some reason only when I'm on <a href="http://NYTimes.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">NYTimes.com</a> the loading indication doesn't go away and isn't replaced by the NY Times logo.</p>
<p dir="auto">Is there are setting that I could change?</p>

I've just gone to the NY Times and clicked on the first article "Oil Slick Hints Malaysian Jet May Have..." and the loading indication goes away and is replaced by the NY Times logo within seconds. This might have more to do with your connection than the browser.</p>
