<p dir="auto">I did not have this problem with Windows 8.1 on the same hardware.</p>
<p dir="auto">My system is a little odd in that it has a slave Intel graphics card and a main NVIDIA card.</p>

The graphics card setup may be your problem, there could be a conflict somewhere that is affecting your browser?</p>
