<![CDATA[Background App Refresh]]>I have Opera on my iPhone (8.4.1) and the settings are confusing me. I have Background App Refresh set to off for all applications. However, when I go to the settings for Opera Mini, the options for Background App Refresh are greyed out (un-selectable) and it is locked in the green/on position. Are the Opera Mini settings trumping the global settings for the phone?

On the other hand IOS is another kettle of fish.
