<![CDATA[Bug with download window in Opera 31]]>Hi, guys, after updating to Opera 31 I've got an issue: sometimes when I download some light files (e.g. .*torrent), the window of downloaded files in right upper corner doesn't appear. I can call the download menu only by clicking Ctrl+J or from Opera button. Everything was fine while using 30.xxxx versions.

Is there any way to fix this? - I use Windows 8.1 x64, but I have theme with transparent window titles, and buttons of showing recent tabs and creating new tab were black by default and hardly seen, so I turned on Windows 7 compatibility in the properties of Opera shotcut in order to make them white.
